CDD Operations Segment Head - Non-Retail SG

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HOU in fulfilling applicable internal and external governance/reporting requirements.
• Oversee the Segments’ completion of CDD onboarding and reviews (completed NetReveal alert, including all CDD/ECDD/ARC and all relevant forms).
• Ensure all applicable SLAs (including approved due date extensions, where applicable) are met.
• Assist the HOU with resource planning.
• Act as mentor/advisor to segment members with regards to CDD reviews/onboarding.
• Oversee the specific job requirements for the Segment’s CDD Team Leads and Analysts.
• Pro-actively liaise with business units on issues relating to the covered functions.
• Review/Complete risk related items – CET, KRI, CIM, LED.
• Assist in preparing reports for Regulator authorities when necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Relevant Banking experience (in areas concerning KYC and/or AML).
• Meticulous and excellent time management skills.
• Team player with good people skills, driven and independent.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
