• Collaborate with the sales team to generate and follow up on local catering and meeting leads, ensuring successful conversion.
• Handle telephone and online inquiries related to catering sales.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships and rapport.
• Prospect new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits.
• Assist clients with event planning, packaging, and menu selection in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the catering industry.
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to enhance catering services for clients.
• Manage sales and profitability of event orders, ensuring smooth execution of catering functions.

Requirements:

• Candidates with sales-driven or customer service experience are welcome to apply.
