This role reports to the reporting manager and will assist in the following:
- Assist in driving sales performance on online channels
- Manage and respond to orders/enquiries on all e-marketplaces
- Provide professional, friendly and engaging service to ensure quality customer experience (inbound/outbound)
- Pursue sales opportunities, upselling of products and conversion of customers
- Assist with order fulfillment if needed, assembling and packing of catering products
- Communicate and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance and other support functions to ensure strong execution and service delivery
- Track orders and provide daily sales reporting/analysis
- Investigate and manage customer feedback and provide useful solutions to operational issues and other areas of improvement
- Assist in sales recovery processes
- Conduct price checks
- Work closely with marketing team in the execution of channel development activities through various platforms
- Assist in maintaining and updating online content, including submission of new listings for new product launches & product conversions on online platforms
- Assist in data entry, invoicing and general admin duties etc.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Possess great service attitude
- Passion for people & food
- Self-driven with a positive attitude to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Energetic team player
- Able to work 5.5 days per week (Mon-Fri in office; Sat work-from-home)

- Well-versed in e-commerce/digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
