The Category Manager, Marketing and Outsourcing, is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies within the Marketing and Outsourcing services procurement categories to drive cost savings and sourcing efficiencies while balancing against the needs of the business stakeholders. Candidates with experience in other Indirect categories can also be considered.
The desired candidate is required to keep abreast of supply market/ economic changes and proficient in application of appropriate sourcing levers to the respective categories and become familiar with and fully exploit the procurement toolset provide to manage procurement activities and collaboration with the business.
The candidate should also be able to hone his/her people skills to achieve balance between internal customer experience and compliance to policy.
