Greet and direct visitors entering the Studio Ghibli Merchandise Store
Ensures that the merchandise is arranged tidy and neatly
Interact with visitors’ questions to provide a service-minded experience on the retail merchandise area
Be able to recommend merchandise for the guest to purchase
Monitor activities in the Studio Ghibli Merchandise Store and report any suspicious characters, items or/and activities to the Visitor Experience Agents
Attend training sessions as and when scheduled
Attend daily briefings as required
Replenish stocks or merchandise on the shelves
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
Load multiple heavy and bulky cartons of merchandise during pre-opening period
Conduct inspections of merchandise during pre-opening period
Counting and repacking of merchandise after the end of Studio Ghibli Exhibition
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Minimum GCE O Level
Experience
Prior experience in the same capacity is an advantage
Other Prerequisites
Excellent guest relations and communication skills
Very conversant in English
Candidates must have a fair command of spoken and written English
Pays attention to details and has strong customer service skills
A team player who is organized and can work with minimum supervision
Professional disposition
Able to speak confidently in front of multiple audiences
