At NUS, we prioritise the wellbeing of our staff and students, aiming to empower everyone on their journey to complete physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness. We believe in maximising individual potential, enabling meaningful contributions to our work and communities. As pioneers in the field, our mission is to lead the way globally in organisational health and wellbeing, crafting innovative solutions for thriving communities.
The Health & Wellbeing team, under the Office of the President, spearheads the innovation, implementation, and evaluation of health & wellbeing programs. These initiatives cater to the entire NUS population and extend specific support to employees facing acute mental stressors. We're on the lookout for a dedicated, energetic, and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
As a Care Manager in our unit, you'll be a cornerstone in bolstering the mental wellbeing of 13,000 NUS employees. You'll actively contribute to our in-house services of Respondent Care (i.e., supporting staff undergoing investigations due to allegations of misconduct) and Mental Health Return-to-Work, ensuring our employees have swift access to top-notch case management and psychological help when they most need it. You will also work closely with our in-house clinical psychology team and coordinate with other NUS stakeholders to manage our clients’ needs, thereby facilitating a holistic approach for all employees across the wellbeing spectrum.
Our HWB team thrives on inclusivity, valuing employees for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. We offer a psychologically safe space that nurtures creativity and fosters professional growth, ensuring every team member can flourish and contribute meaningfully.
