Overview: As the Sales Manager for the IM / MG brand, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a dynamic team of sales consultants, driving the brand's growth in Singapore. Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Sales Strategy
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and vehicle margins set by Management.
Inspire your team by fostering a high-performance culture, with a strong emphasis on closing deals, managing leads, and maximizing individual sales performance.
Customer Experience Excellence
Ensure all customers receive an exceptional buying experience, from the moment they walk into the showroom to post-sale engagement.
Oversee the showroom’s presentation and ensure that all display and test-drive vehicles are meticulously maintained, creating a premium and welcoming environment for prospective buyers.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team across key areas: new car sales, used car trade-ins, vehicle finance, and insurance packages. Provide comprehensive reports and insights to Management on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing all sales and product-related feedback promptly and professionally.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, offering strategic insights to Management for the development of innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Provide recommendations on product features, specifications, and positioning based on competitive comparisons, ensuring that the MG brand remains competitive and relevant in Singapore.
Pricing & COE Bidding
Disseminate pricing decisions and communicate effectively with your team following each COE (Certificate of Entitlement) bidding exercise, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Fleet & Tender Sales
Support tender and fleet sales opportunities, working closely with Management to grow this critical segment of the business.
Product Training & Launch Preparation
Conduct thorough product training sessions for the sales team, especially in preparation for the launch of new models, ensuring that all consultants are well-versed and confident in their product knowledge.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements within the sales department and contribute to the evolution of sales strategies that align with the brand's long-term goals.
Additional Duties
Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by Management to support business objectives.
