Job description
Working in the Talent Acquisition department, the job responsibilities of the successful incumbent will include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services offices, faculty, and student organizations
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events
- Having end-to-end oversight of intern management process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Coordinate internship program logistics, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Driving new initiatives to enhance internship experience and work with stakeholders to review PSA internship program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support throughout their internship experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and internship management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Possess at least 1 year experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, orrelated area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, faculty, and hiring managers
- Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Results-driven and takes ownership and accountability
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- A strong relationship builder who can engage effectively across diverse groups andstakeholders
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment
- Proactive and a team player
- Working knowledge of editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, FinalCut Pro etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
