Role Overview:

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be the key player in executing and optimizing digital campaigns. From media planning and campaign setup to real-time optimization and analysis, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. Reporting to the Associate Account Director or Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams to meet campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and aligning campaigns with their objectives.
  2. Develop and deliver cross-channel digital media plans that effectively meet campaign goals.
  3. Collaborate with media and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  4. Manage the setup, execution, and QA of campaigns across platforms, quickly addressing any issues that arise.
  5. Optimize campaign performance across channels such as Display, Video, Social, and Search, driving continuous improvement.
  6. Provide clear, data-driven insights and reports, offering strategic recommendations.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors to explore new opportunities.
  8. Spot additional revenue opportunities and create proposals to support client growth.
  9. Guide and support junior team members in developing their skills.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of experience working hands-on with platforms across multiple channels like Programmatic Display, Video, Paid Search, and/or Paid Social.
  2. Experience in digital media planning (client, agency, or DSP side).
  3. A strong passion for digital marketing and emerging technologies.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  5. A detail-oriented multitasker with an analytical mindset.
  6. Previous experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus.
