Position Summary:
In this exciting position, you will be front and centre in our key sales office, located in our head office.
As a customer care centre sales agent, you will be interacting with potential and current customers through telephone, email, social media, and other ways they may reach us for the purposes of sales, customer service, and general inquiries.
You will be working closely with the customer care manager as well as our staff in each branch to ensure great customer service and sales closure. Impactful and comprehensive training will be shared in order to nurture your sales development and bonuses will compliment your success.
The successful candidate will take ownership for effectively closing sales as well as solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries. Keeping customer satisfaction and closing sales will be at the core of every decision and behaviour.
The position is best suited for an interactive, positive, and outgoing individual who has a strong base in sales and wants to continue developing in a healthy and growing company.
5.5 days work week alternate (excluding Sunday)
