Job description
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the wholesale industry. They are looking for a Call Centre Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Redhill area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce structured call scripts and service guidelines.
Lead team discussions to align on goals, performance expectations, and key updates.
Utilize CRM platforms to generate reports and feedback.
Ensure call quality and performance indicators to uphold service standards.
Guide, mentor, and support team members to improve their capabilities and overall performance.
Manage escalated customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
Facilitate payment collection, prepare quotations, and issue invoices.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective and professional communication.
Responsible for team productivity and operational efficiency.
Review processes and seek improvements.
Complete all tasks assigned and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business or any relevant field of studies.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Call Centre sector.
