Job description

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via emails and inbound calls.
  • Identify and clarify customer issues, providing accurate information and implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Fulfill customer requests by providing relevant information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Assist patients in arranging and booking appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of services.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the call centre.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work 3 rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (40 hours per week).
