Post 1) Call Centre Associate (Inbound)

Job description:

  1. Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead
  2. Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels
  3. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
  4. Follow Standard operating procedures closely.
  5. Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met

Post 2) Call Centre Associate (Outbound) cum Front Desk Associate

  1. Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey, telemarketing activities
  2. Meet and achieve the individual and company’s key performance indicators
  3. Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes
  4. Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up to customers over the phone and/or email
  5. Listen to customers’ needs, probe to redirect to the intent of the question and offer alternative solution
  6. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
  7. Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance
  8. Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

Front Desk Floater:

  1. Flexible to be deployed to various locations around Singapore: Careers Connect (Woodlands/Paya Lebar), etc.
  2. Proactively manage all front desk duties over the counter, phone and email
  3. Identify, profile and tier customers to the types of services that are relevant to their needs
  4. Ensure smooth customer transactions at all times and provide quality customer services
  5. Perform administrative duties, manage appointments and register customers
  6. Prepare room logistics and necessary materials
  7. Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

Requirements:

  1. Preferably GCE ‘N’ levels with Nitec and above
  2. 1-2 years of relevant experience
  3. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word)
  4. Have a pleasant disposition with a positive attitude
  5. Excellent in customer service delivery
  6. Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual
  7. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual and in a team
  8. Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
