Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage appointments, calls, and general enquiries from members of the public and patients.
• Manage patient feedback, address service-related incidents, and handle inquiries such as consultation rates and medical packages.
• Liaise with other departments on the Call Centre Services and procedures.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in call centre/customer service.
