Job description

Morgan McKinley is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team for a 12 months contract with the possibility to extend or to go permanent. The client is in the Banking sector.

Candidates must be open to Shifting Working Hours/Schedules, Weekend & Public Holiday shifts:

  • 8.5 hours/day
  • 5.5 days work week including weekends (Off days will not be consecutive in a row)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls related to account servicing, product inquiries, and help desk requests, as well as provide support for campaigns.
  • Follow through on case handling and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with group standards and control regulations in the execution of customers' inquiries and transaction requests.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for both the bank and customers' information.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder/ GCE N, A, and O level fresh graduates!
  • Good to have at least 1 year of experience as Customer Service Rep/Officer in Call Centre/Contact Centre environment, open to all industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates must be open to work flexible hours (shifting schedule), including weekends and overtime.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
