Perform calibration activities for all gages and equipment per instruction by using Calibration Equipment or Master.
Perform hand gages setup for Setup reduction activities.
Perform receiving inspection for new fixture & gages according to engineering print.
Coordinate with vendor for any external calibration and ensure all are approved calibration sources.
Perform shelf life control and triggering activities.
Document and maintain up-to-date test results for record purposes.
Support internal & external audit activities.
Maintain accuracy of instruments in Calibration Lab.
Support CORE, EH&S, Ethics & Compliance and Quality initiatives.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned by direct supervisor.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
Adhere to company Quality Policy.
Support the Continuous Improvement programs.
Provide a quality product/service that satisfies our customers' needs and expectations the first time, every time.

Preferred Skills (if any):
Able to interpret basic technical (GD&T) drawings.
Good command of written and spoken English.
General proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (SAP a plus).
Able to perform weekly rotating shifts.
Basic operating knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection is preferred.
Education:
Min Diploma preferred.
