Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day outlet operations while delivering excellent customer service and care.

• Maintain neat display of cakes and ensure overall store cleanliness.

• Plan and forecast stock levels and sales, manage wastage, and coordinate orders from the Central Kitchen.

• Assist customers with queries confidently and provide support for any needs.

• Multi-task across cashiering, barista duties, serving, and administrative tasks, including handling enquiries via email, phone, and social media.

• Oversee outlet operations and manpower scheduling for smooth and efficient daily workflow.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, including effective service recovery when needed.
