Café Manager (Up to $3000) (S1)

Job Title: Café Manager / Cafe Supervisor (ID1528)

Location: East Coast

Working Hours: 48 hrs per week (1 week 5 days 1 week 6 days)

Salary: $2700 - $3000

Job Description:

• Responsible for all aspects of company’s café operations.
• Ensure all restaurants achieve optimum quality level of services, F&B, and profitability.
• Manage, train, and supervise a team of staff at restaurants to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure safety and hygiene practices at all restaurants.
• Identify and improve cost management measures, including menu planning and sourcing competitive pricing from suppliers.
• Ensure sufficient stock supply in the restaurant for smooth operation.
• Safekeeping of company properties.
• Assist in sending daily sales reports.
• Assist in operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage.
• Possess drive and passion to excel in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, motivational, and people skills.
