Your Responsibilities As Scootees

Your primary duty is to keep our passengers safe and comfortable throughout their flight. As a brand ambassador, you are responsible for working in a team to deliver exceptional service while adding a vibrant and fun touch to every interaction. By combining up-to-date knowledge of your duties and a Scootitude mindset, you will curate enjoyable travel experiences for our passengers!

Ready to Soar? Here’s what to expect during training!

To get you Scoot-ready, you will undergo a 2-month training programme upon joining. Topics include:

1. Safety emergency drills
2. Door operation
3. Fire fighting
4. First aid
5. Grooming
6. Scootitude
7. Passenger handling
8. Inflight sales procedures

1. You meet the minimum age of 18 years and above so as to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of Singapore.
2. You meet the min. height requirement of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard.
3. You have min. qualification of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) or 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English), 3 SPM subject passes certification including English with a Grade C and above.
4. You are medically fit to perform the role of a cabin crew.
5. You believe in delivering exceptional service.
6. You embody team spirit and are the ultimate team player.
7. You adapt quickly to manage situations on board whilst maintaining passengers’ safety.
8. Due to our Grooming policy, please note that this position requires a professional appearance at all times and candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered.
9. Please note that this Part-time Scheme is only open to Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent residents.

1. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessment and attend our Assessment Centre! These must be completed within one month from the application date.
2. Successful candidates must be able to commence employment with us within two months from the date of Assessment Centre.
