Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme.
Liaise with Professional Engineer on civil related works.
Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
Handling of technical and engineering problems.
Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary.
Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat.
Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
Other ad-hoc assigned by the Company.
Good attitude and relevant working experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Recognised Certificate in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years experience in the construction site.
Independent with good communication skills.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork.
