Supports the Merchandising team in the assigned labels and categories
Involved in the Seasonal Product trainings to the local retail teams
Support and work with training team regarding product knowledge enhancement training throughout the season
Run sales reports and analyze data weekly to identify current sales trend, inventory situation, and opportunities, which aid in the recommendation of action plans to drive sales
Maintain the database to allow for detailed reviews on prior selling performance, classification percentages, and retail results for the purposes of sales and receipt planning, market preparation and end-of-season recap
Support the local retail team on merchandising related items such as defective products, system retail price error, store product request etc.
Have a good understanding of the local market, competitor analysis, pricing research and consumer research
Support in the assortment curation and buying decisions by providing market insights and local retail teams’ feedback on the SEA market trends, influence and improve the future collections
Support in Marketing collaborations, events and exclusive merchandising-related opportunities
Join meetings to discuss merchandising-related issues and other matters relating to the business
Regular visits to the retail stores to review and identify area of opportunities related to merchandising
Any other adhoc duties assigned that is in-line with this role
Requirements
Preferably holding a Degree in Business/ Fashion Merchandising or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the fashion or retail industry
Analytical mindset with good data management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and reports
Self-motivated individual
A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
