Job Description:

1. Review and analyze materials requirements for production and execute vital actions such as generating Purchase Orders, scheduling, and re-scheduling of material based on MRP requirements.
2. Coordinate with the operations team on material purchasing plans to support production and ensure continuous material supply.
3. Manage supplier base to achieve delivery performance and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimum cost competitiveness.
4. Manage import operations and administrate required documents with suppliers, forwarders, and operation teams.
5. Coordinate escalated supply issues e.g., shipment delays, document status.
6. Manage and control raw material inventory levels to optimize stock turnover to achieve desired company inventory turn objectives.
7. Provide support on project-related procurement aspects.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in supply chain management, business management, or chemical engineering is a plus.
2. 3-5 years working experience in supply chain management or procurement.
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
4. Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat).
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
