Operational Documentation: Develop structured and detailed playbooks and manuals customised for different departments within the organisation and its portfolio companies.
Policy & Process Optimisation: Design, refine, and implement company-wide policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and governance.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of business strategies and governance frameworks that drive growth, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams and senior leadership to gather insights, validate information, and create well-researched content.
Reporting & Presentations: Prepare impactful reports, executive summaries, and presentations to support strategic initiatives and key business decisions.
Ongoing Development: Monitor industry shifts, competitive landscapes, and evolving business models to continuously enhance company strategies and policies.
Profile
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related discipline. A master's degree is an advantage.
Strong Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, structured research and distil complex information into meaningful insights.
