Job Purpose:

Support ERP deployment and enhance sales systems to improve operations and business efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist ERP launch to Microsoft Dynamics; troubleshoot with cross-functional teams as needed.

• Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and sales for smooth ERP system deployment.

• Optimize DMS, SFA, and CMS systems to improve processes and user experience.

• Work with vendors to resolve issues, enhance system features, and manage documentation.

• Provide training and support to teams during transitions and system changes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field is essential.

• 3+ years of experience in ERP, sales systems, or related functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, DMS, CMS, and analytics tools like Power BI.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; thrives in cross-functional teams.

• Adaptable, independent, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
