Business Support Specialist Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including CRM systems, social media, and referrals.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to assessing their needs and fit.
  • Issue commercial product samples with appropriate approvals and following established policies and procedures as directed.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (phone, email, video calls) to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular follow-ups and updates to customers about new offers or services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report sales metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline progression.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner with outside sales representatives or account managers to ensure smooth handoffs and customer transitions.
  • Responsible for price quotations, communicate and negotiate terms and conditions of sales with customers, within limits of authority, and write orders subject to company policy.
  • Responsible for customer’s order entry into SAP system.
  • Update C4C CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor trending customer application, competitive products and pricing.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and others as required.
  • Handle CTSGP administration function including dispatch (in/out) of finance admin documents that are required by Shared Service and ensure filings are properly maintained as required.
  • To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection, and Occupation health by working with Supervisor, Sales and CTSGP HSE appointed personnel to meet the safety standards and policies of the local and global regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification
  • Five years’ proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of commercial tasks, including price quotations and negotiations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with distributor relationship management and channel sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics for sales.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and the ability to position eco-friendly solutions effectively.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Proficiency in data literacy, creativity, and innovative thinking.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
