Business Process Analyst Manager (Maritime Process)

Responsibilities:

• Business Application Support – Deliver day-to-day technical support and issue resolution for critical business applications. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.
• Business Process Management – Evaluate, document, and optimize existing business processes. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Business Requirements Gathering – Engage with stakeholders to identify and assess digital needs. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications aligned with strategic transformation objectives.
• Project Management – Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Solution Delivery & Change Management – Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions. Ensure successful implementation and adoption through structured change management practices and ongoing support.
• Internal Stakeholder Management – Foster strong relationships with application owners and internal IT teams. Collaborate with business units to prioritize support needs, address issues, and drive digital initiatives.
• Vendor Management – Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and compliance with established standards. Identify and engage vendors that best meet business and technical requirements.
• Strategic Alignment – Ensure all support activities, process enhancements, and projects align with broader organizational goals and contribute to the digital transformation roadmap.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role, preferably within the maritime sector.
• Proven track record in Business Application Support, BI tools, and managing small to mid-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and report development.
• Proficient with project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and leveraging these tools to enhance business processes and analytics.
• Ability to incorporate AI/ML methodologies to optimize workflows and decision-making.
