Business Planning & Analyst (BP&A) Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing reports and providing insights to support strategic decision-making for South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Weekly sales and monthly reports
• Compute monthly sales commission and incentive for stores
• Involve in budget preparation
• Prepare CRM analytics reports
• Analyze data and identify trends
• Ad-hoc reporting based on business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Management Accountant or similar role.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and able to deliver reports in a timely and accurate manner.
