- Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover opportunities, and optimize product selection and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with store managers to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on sales and operational performance.
- Manage daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to luxury retail standards.
- Optimize inventory control, including stock allocation and replenishment, while minimizing shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and brand guidelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the retail operations team, providing training on operational excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and senior management to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Work with the client experience team to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support clienteling efforts by providing retail teams with tools and insights to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Manage the execution of VIP and loyalty programs to drive client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain the brand’s luxury image and seasonal themes in-store.
- Ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to uphold brand standards and provide on-site support.
- Prepare and manage retail operation budgets to align with business goals.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability at retail locations.
- Work with finance teams to accurately forecast sales and operational costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail operations or commercial management in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of luxury market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in sales analysis and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
