Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Operational Process Development: Develop and implement operational guidelines and processes.
   Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
   Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects across different business functions.
   Ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.
   Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
3. Innovation and Automation: Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes.
   Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Miscellaneous: Your assistance and input will be called upon on a per-project basis.
   You will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across various business functions to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
3. An extremely detail-oriented personality.
4. Analytical, organised, and good problem solvers with a quest for excellence.
5. A sense of responsibility and accountability, and the drive to execute a project to completion.
6. The ability to plan for the long-term, taking into account that projects might need to be scaled indefinitely.
7. Willingness to learn and do, multi-task, and be a self-starter.
8. The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritise among competing tasks/errands.
9. Willingness to work with tight deadlines.
10. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Enthusiastic about working on property or property-related content.
12. Experience with Customer Lifecycle Management Software, like CleverTap, will be an advantage.
13. Familiarity with Scripting Language (e.g. Python/Google Apps Script), or CSS and HTML, but not a must.
