Business & Operational Digital Support Specialist (SAP, Coupa, Pharmaceutical)

Job Description

This role supports business in the preparation for digital systems roll-out and routine operations in a start-up environment for procurement operation.

1. Works with the wider organisation and the Procurement team on-site to deliver support for the business systems used in day-to-day business operations.
2. Supports the key users in the roll-out and implementation of ERP system (i.e. Coupa and SAP).
3. Supports business in the creation and maintenance of organisational records by developing effective monitoring tools to support good records management.
4. Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders and acts as an effective business partner to support the commercial activities within the organization.
5. Interacts with Finance and the Legal team for daily operations and to resolve operational roadblocks.
6. Manages site level and/or business-led projects and initiatives as and when assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
2. Possess strong business acumen with good hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes.
3. Possess good understanding of suppliers’ landscapes within SG and APAC region, independent, resourceful and can drive and engage stakeholders with minimal supervision.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, SAP S4/Hana ERP system. Preferably with experience in the use of SAP and Coupa.
