Key Responsibilities:
This role is to assist the marketing department in:
• Agents’ Policy Management -- To develop and customize company agents' policy for APAC; assist to enhance the agent process system. To maintain APAC agents' database with constant inputs from sales and finance department.
• Sales’ Related Policy Management -- To develop and implement APAC sales related policy, conduct sales related training for sales departments; collaborate with customer service manager for all VIP clients' related matters
• APAC Budget Management -- Assist in APAC budget planning, KPI assessments and internal data control of marketing activities; to manage marketing agent fee and customer service fee budgets across all APAC branches; analyse and monitor monthly actual vs budgeted agent fees
• APAC Annual Audit & Compliance -- In charge of Headquarter's annual internal audit work and compliance check for APAC business management, take the lead in carrying out the Audit / compliance inspection report preparation and submission
• APAC Efficiency Optimization Improvement Project -- Responsible for process efficiency optimization improvement projects for APAC, tracking the performance of sales, solution team and finance departments whilst helping to solve key challenges
• Product development within APAC – Assist in APAC Product team for product development planning, collaborate with HQ to implement the promotion of key products, development of product price structure, product optimization through market sensing & data analysis
Requirements:
