Job description

As a Fluke Compliance Manager, you will be a member of Fluke’s global legal team and work in partnership with our parent company, Fortive, to support and enhance our culture of ethics and integrity. You will engage with leadership and other stakeholders across the company to execute our third-party business integrity program, and you’ll have the opportunity to partner with colleagues in Trade Compliance, Commercial, IP, and other business teams as part of your career growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement and champion our enhanced third-party business integrity program, including both simple and complex third-party screening, evaluating, and analyzing diligence reports, conducting research, assessing, and escalating “red flag” reports, implementing control measures and training, and ongoing monitoring
  • Work collaboratively with compliance and business leaders across the company to develop policies, procedures, and controls, to manage and mitigate anti-bribery and anti-corruption risk related to third-party intermediaries
  • Manage third-party compliance certification requirements, including tracking, recording, and reporting metrics
  • Provide live and online compliance training to internal colleagues and external distribution partners
  • Support internal and external audits, and assist with internal investigations from time to time
  • The Compliance Manager, APAC will focus primarily on the Asia-Pacific region and will assist other Fluke compliance team members to ensure global coverage and workload balance as needed

Qualifications:

  • Unquestioned integrity and excellent judgment
  • Adaptable, strategic, innovative, and courageous, and a desire to be part of an extraordinary team that delivers results!
  • Experience managing a third-party compliance screening program and familiarity with anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and compliance risks
  • Strong communicator with experience presenting live in-person trainings
  • Meticulous with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Culturally savvy and able to work effectively in a global enterprise with proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English; other language skills are a plus
  • Position may be located in China, Singapore, Japan, or other locations
