Business Development Team Leader

• New Business Development and Logistic Sales (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehousing) across South East Asia and Australia
• Development in Logistic Business Inventory
• South East Asia and Australia's overall Sales and operation profit management
• Client management

Role & Responsibility:

• Logistic Sales and Business Development in Air, Ocean, Local Transportation and Warehousing field
• Build a strong Business Development team that can deliver both short-term and long-term results in South East Asia and Australia
• Establish national supply chain strategy to ensure that the client grows quickly to become an absolute top-tier logistics company in South East Asia and Australia
• Lead a team of freight sales and cooperate with procurement experts in South East Asia and Australia to drive the team to perform and deliver results
• Work with carriers for Air & Ocean freight to secure competitive prices and stable space

Requirements:

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

• Major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of work and education)
• English Advanced Level; other language skills are a plus

EXPERIENCE:

• 15 years experience in logistics

SKILLS:

• Knowledge about overall logistic business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse)
• Leadership for sales & procurement
• Strong local transport / Air-industry / Ocean-industry network in South East Asia and Australia
• Able to work under pressure when needed
• MS Office Advanced Level
• High-performing Team Building
