Business Development Specialist (Aviation / Aerospace, up to $7,000)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements within the designated area of responsibility.
• Foster a positive relationship with the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advocate for company services at the managerial and headquarters level.
• Coordinate and monitor retrofit campaigns alongside the technical department.
• Assist the Customs Manager in enforcing customs and transport regulations.
• Report and escalate issues to direct and cross-functional management, including the GM, CEO, Strategic Partnership, Finance, and Sales teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Aviation/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics Management/Customer Service experience in the Aviation/Aerospace industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
