Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Development & Operations

Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office, including the Business Development Executive Department, Digital Marketing Team, HR, and Accounting. This role is crucial in supporting our company’s growth through effective leadership, streamlined operations, and most importantly, the ability to generate qualified leads and successfully close franchise deals for our luxury Italian furniture business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Departmental Leadership

  • Oversee and streamline operations across departments: Business Development, Digital Marketing, HR, and Accounts.
  • Foster cross-department collaboration to drive productivity and achieve company goals.
  • Monitor department KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Franchise Development & Sales

  • Identify and engage potential franchise partners locally and internationally.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close franchise deals in line with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction.

Business Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, industry movements, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for business growth and franchise expansion.
  • Regularly review and adapt sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation & Client Management

  • Drive lead generation initiatives through multi-channel campaigns and partnerships.
  • Lead client engagement efforts through personalized outreach, meetings, and presentations.
  • Nurture a personal pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal closures.

Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-impact social media campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Leverage automation and CRM tools to optimize marketing efforts and sales funnels.

Training & Talent Development

  • Conduct training sessions to empower internal teams on sales techniques, client engagement, and technology adoption.
  • Mentor and coach department leads to cultivate a high-performance culture.

Technology & Automation

  • Identify and integrate tools that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies relevant to digital marketing, CRM, and retail business models.

Partnerships & Networking

  • Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and unlock new market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior business development or operations role, preferably in retail, franchise, or furniture industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value sales/franchise deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and productivity software.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and integrity.
