About The Opportunity

Join Figment as we revolutionize the staking landscape for the world's leading digital assets custodians, exchanges, and channel partners in APAC. As a Business Development Representative based in Singapore, you'll be at the forefront of Web3, helping to build and scale our presence in one of the most dynamic crypto markets globally.

How you will make an impact:

  • Research and build targeted account lists in the APAC region for Figment's staking services.
  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with high-value content tailored to regional market needs.
  • Conduct outreach via email, messaging, and phone calls to secure meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads through the sales funnel.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support pipeline development and revenue forecasting.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM and assist with sales operations.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends in the APAC staking landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share regional market insights and customer feedback.
  • Support regional events and networking opportunities to generate new leads.

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in tech or fintech.
  • Based in Singapore.
  • Strong prospecting and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with or strong interest in learning CRM systems.
  • Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a basic understanding of staking.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable with a growth mindset.
  • Team player with high emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for. Compensation for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
