About Trust & Safety: Building a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications.

We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to everyday life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying, hate speech, child safety, depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

What will I be doing?

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

Responsibilities

• Leading efforts in navigating XFN projects or requests, creating and implementing prioritization and scoring models for better assessment, before developing systematic solutions as a pillar POC;
• Coordinating with your XFN and ADSO counterparts to ensure high-quality and consistent implementation of global projects in all regions;
• Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing groundbreaking business models and pre-packaged services;
• Identifying areas of improvement and running improvement projects in all operational aspects globally.

Qualifications

What should I bring with me? Minimal Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
2. Strong understanding of business models and products within the consumer technology space and/or internet safety.
3. Exceptional communication and quick-learning skills, ability to understand existing and new moderation business logic, metrics, and process quickly.
4. Solid Project/program management expertise, competent at multi-tasking, prioritizing cross-functional global projects, and providing comprehensive solutions.
5. Keen ability to dissect complex information, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions.
6. Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in labeling/data annotation.
2. Regional/global working experience.
