Business Development Manager | Trade Finance

Responsibilities

• You will generate business growth through acquisition of new accounts with focus on Trade Finance.
• You will originate, structure and execute Structured Finance transactions with focus on specific industry sectors including but not limited to Food and Agribusiness, Energy, Metals & Minerals.
• You will develop and implement customer and relationship marketing strategy for delivery of the Bank’s trade finance products to targeted trade and commodity clients to meet business objectives to achieve portfolio growth and performance regionally.
• You will work closely with Corporate Banking business units and trade operations for trade finance product structuring and ensure timely execution of transactions.

Requirements

• Candidates shall possess a recognised university degree with no less than 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Candidates should possess good knowledge and experience in the commodity financing industry with sound working knowledge of local and international trade regulations, guidelines, best practices governing Trade Finance business including UCP, URDG and others.
• Candidates should also be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
