Business Development Manager (Lighting for Events / Entertainment)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager (Lighting for Events / Entertainment). You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving new business opportunities within the lighting solutions industry, with a focus on the events and entertainment sectors.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry players.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities by pitching services, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the live entertainment and event industry.
4. Analyze client needs and industry changes to shape business strategies.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the events and entertainment industries.
6. Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations to showcase our lighting solutions and services.
7. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and provide customers with expert advice.
8. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business deals.
9. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help drive the growth of our lighting solutions division.

What we're looking for

1. Min Diploma holder / other qualifications with relevant working experience.
2. Proven track record in business development or sales, particularly within the live entertainment, event production, or related industries.
3. Experience in managing client relationships and securing business in a competitive market.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
