Brief Description
The Business Development Manager (ISC) will assist and support the ASIA-ISC line management in overall operational & business performance review, manage and oversee service’s vessel deployment, and prepare Line financial forecasting & budgeting. The role involves working closely across different functions including ISC commercial team, cargo flow team, business control team, and operation (HO/RO). The Business Development Manager should have strong knowledge of the market ASIA-ISC service setup, vessel line up planning and deployment on each CMA operated service, CMA cargo mix/profile, internal BL costing, and line P&L preparation. A profound understanding of ISC line strategy to maximize profitability while balancing stakeholder interests is essential. Strong data analytical skills and good interpersonal skills to express, explain, and convince findings and suggestions are necessary for this role.
