Business Development Manager - Healthcare Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Focus on fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with existing corporate and maritime clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction, and proactively identify potential issues.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts by collaborating with clients to create tailored corporate healthcare solutions, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on a thorough understanding of our offerings.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to deal closure and contracting, maintaining an updated sales pipeline and a structured approach to client relationship management.
• Ensure the smooth execution of commercial projects by overseeing deployment planning and coordination with internal teams, including operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR.
• Support client acquisition efforts by working with the Chief Corporate Development Officer to engage and develop new potential accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and developing effective commercial strategies.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the maritime sector and its health and safety regulations is a plus.
