Business Development Manager (Cyber Security/Government)

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales across Asia to meet and exceed revenue targets
2. Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for existing cybersecurity solutions
3. Create and communicate compelling value propositions for cybersecurity products
4. Lead contract negotiations and close deals
5. Maintain a strong sales pipeline on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
6. Collaborate with partners to expand market reach and boost product adoption
7. Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and end users
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales process

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a hunter mentality
3. Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets
4. Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is highly preferred
5. Familiarity with government sales or working with public sector clients is a plus
6. Knowledge of Isolation, CDR, IPAM Security, and cybersecurity regulations is an advantage
7. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
8. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
9. Willingness to travel as required
