About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive / Manager with a proven track record in the courier and logistics industry. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition, targeting SMEs and corporate clients requiring domestic and international courier services. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the courier and logistics space.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets to unlock attractive commissions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the courier, logistics, or supply chain industry.
Proven sales track record, ideally with experience in hunter roles focused on new business development.
Existing network of potential clients is a strong advantage.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Results-driven with a high level of self-motivation.
Good understanding of domestic and international courier solutions is a plus.
