Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Sector-Focused Sales Strategy:
   Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the logistics needs of chemical and FMCG clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
2. Grow and Manage Key Accounts:
   Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities for expansion, and deliver customized, value-driven solutions.
3. Market Insight & Commercial Excellence:
   Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies. Leverage insights to optimize offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
4. Leadership & Collaboration:
   Lead sales initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and support the broader commercial team with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics sales, ideally in chemicals or consumer goods
• Strong knowledge of 3PL, freight, and contract logistics
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and business planning skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
