Business Development Manager - Broking Channel
- Drive profitable growth and business development through broker channels.
- Expand client relationships.
- Identify and establish new products, services, or market segments.
- Ensure that risks are evaluated and underwritten per company Risk Management and Reinsurance standards.
- Meet premium growth and profit objectives.
- Develop a balanced portfolio from broker accounts.
- Offer guidance and training to team members, supporting their growth and team-building activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate in General Insurance
- Operational experience in sales and servicing of business through insurance brokers
- Expertise in business development and building strong relationships.
- Ability to guide and lead staff
- Knowledge of Underwriting and Singapore General Insurance market
