Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable growth and business development through broker channels.
  • Expand client relationships.
  • Identify and establish new products, services, or market segments.
  • Ensure that risks are evaluated and underwritten per company Risk Management and Reinsurance standards.
  • Meet premium growth and profit objectives.
  • Develop a balanced portfolio from broker accounts.
  • Offer guidance and training to team members, supporting their growth and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate in General Insurance.
  • Operational experience in sales and servicing of business through insurance brokers.
  • Expertise in business development and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to guide and lead staff.
  • Portfolio Management.
  • Knowledge of Underwriting and Singapore General Insurance market.
