JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assist the Sales Manager to execute company sales strategy to grow Semiconductor/Electronics Tooling market revenue in Americas & Middle East.
To maintain & grow key customer relationships.
To achieve the sales target set by management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
To effectively engage customer base consistently to build strong relationships with key customers.
To monitor customer ordering trends & grow customer sales.
To update Sales Manager weekly on customer status.
SALES
To develop and gain new customer accounts in market segment.
To update Sales Manager weekly on sales prospect progress.
To update company CRM database on customer activity & updates.
To travel overseas to build customer relationships & gain new sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years experience in Key Account sales management, preferably in an Engineering/Manufacturing Field.
Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage.
Must travel overseas on a regular basis.
Good communication & language skills; Spanish is an advantage.
Strong drive & motivated individual.
A team player who can adapt to a small team culture.
PACKAGE:
Basic Salary + Annual Wage Supplement + Quarterly & Annual Bonus.
