Job description

We have partnered with a multinational company to search for a strong commercial person with experience in Marine, Offshore and Shipbuilding space.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop more business to meet individual and company annual targets
  2. Understand client's commercial and technical requirement
  3. Take part in preparing bids for tender projects in the region
  4. Have weekly meetings with Sales Director to review weekly sales reports
  5. Organize meetings with customers to keep them engaged with the company's operations
  6. Achieve weekly activity KPI's through meetings, calls, and offers
  7. Provide advice to customers through information on products and prepare offers using Products and Services Portfolio
  8. Advise and help customers make the right selection by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and providing opinions
  9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  10. Participate in industry or promotional events (i.e. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  11. Identify areas or products that sales team can promote or organize marketing activities for customers
  12. Actively use marketing tools and social media to maintain contact with customers
  13. Assess sales performance (review company targets, monetary and non-monetary key performance indicators) on a weekly basis and consider corrective actions

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years or more sales experience in the Shipping, Marine & Offshore
  2. Commercial experience in the Shipbuilding space and/or having experience in selling marine services
