Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To take part in our business transformation journey towards digitalization, Industry 4.0, data warehouse, sustainability, intellectual property, etc.
  2. To be the subject matter expert on aspects such as CRM, business analytics, profitability, and financial analysis.
  3. To develop and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  4. To initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions with all stakeholders.
  5. To support management by providing analysis for evaluating new business opportunities.
  6. To proactively develop and improve products and services.
  7. To stay abreast of changes in the industry, including relevant regulatory authorities, and to determine their implications for the business and the organization’s goals.
  8. 40% overseas traveling required.
  9. Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems and policy, including the implications of nonconformance to the requirements and the assessment of occupational risks and hazards.
  10. Schedule regular communication with employees to discuss expectations and challenges and help to remove obstacles related to product safety and quality.
  11. Act on comments and suggestions from employees about product safety and quality seriously, and regularly encourage employees to offer ideas about improving product safety and quality.
  12. Allocate time for employees to receive product safety and quality training, as well as regular updates and refresher sessions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Must have CRM and data analytics experience (data-driven decision making).
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, charts, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  5. Minimum 5 years in business development capacity in a similar or related field.
  6. Minimum 3 years of overseas business experience outside Asia (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa).
  7. Minimum 3 years in managing a team of people.
  8. Proven experience in budget and revenue projection.
  9. Proven experience in costing (manufacturing) and tender submission.
  10. Excellent communication skills.
  11. Excellent customer service skills.
  12. Highly organized, independent, and a self-starter.
  13. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
