Our Client is a Japanese consumer engagement company specializing in Qualitative and Quantitative research datas to provide to it's clients.

They are aiming to expand its clientele base in the Singapore market. They are looking for a candidate that has extensive experience in selling solutions, and good market research skills from a marketing research/consulting firm.

【 What you will be doing 】
Sales:
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, support, and coach a team of salespeople and project managers, fostering their professional development and maximizing their performance.
- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Formulate and implement effective strategies to drive the team towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic and Time-bound) to identify and approach potential clients, securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering continued business.
- Proactively reach out to acquire new clients (end-brands).

Business Development:
- Maximize Revenue Potential: Nurture new and dormant accounts, maximizing their potential and driving long-term growth.
- Identify New Market Opportunities: Stay on top of industry trends and proactively identify emerging markets, including new ideas, industries, or technologies, to explore potential business expansion.

【 What they are looking for 】

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Data Analytics preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant/proven experience in developing and acquiring new clients
- At least 5 years of experience in the market research industry (qualitative or quantitative data).
- Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential for engaging with clients in the Singapore market.


- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more individuals (Sales, Business Development).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of additional statistical tools.
